Acceptance of terms
These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Kollecta World ("Kollecta World", "we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.kollectaworld.com.au ("the website"). They are effective from 14/11/2018 and will replace all earlier Kollecta World terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavor to notify the non-availability on our online shop.Pre Orders
Pre Orders are available for items due to arrive and our customers have the ability to Pre Order items and secure the item prior to arrival in our warehouse.Preorders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may pre sell out of an item, so pre ordering will be the only was to ensure you can buy that piece.
Contact the team at Kollecta World to process deposit in order to secure the Pre Order item.
The ETA for the item will be clearly listed at the top of the item description page, so our customers know when the item is due.
Please note that ETA times can vary based on a number of factors such as, Manufacturing and Shipping delays. If any delay is to occur we will notify our customers immediately and reissue a new estimated delivery time.
Any Customers that have Pre Paid for a Pre order item will be refunded in full if an Item becomes Unavailable to Kollecta World at time of product release. This may occur if there is a short fall of supply from the manuafactures end.
Delivery and delivery charges
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.We deliver to all of Australia and selected International destinations. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Shipping and delivery
Flat Rate Shipping charges can be selected at checkout prior to finalizing payment.The vast majority of orders within Australia will be charged a flat rate for delivery, At checkout customer will be able to select Standard Postage Service with Tracking and Insurance provided on all Items under $1000.00 Value. Items above $1000.00 Value might incur extra Insurance charges.
Some International shipping charges can be selected at checkout, Some International countries have shipping costs already Calculated in our system.
For any other International customers that require shipping costs, please feel free to send us an email on info@kollectaworld.com.au with any questions in regards to shipping to your country of choice.
All shipping charges to international addresses are calculated by weight and country of destination. Shipments from the Australian warehouse are sent via Wiz Me Freight. International customers will be responsible for brokers fees, import duties and or taxes. Charges vary between countries and we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Postage quoted is for one item in one box. An extra postage charge will be charged if multiple items are purchased. We will try to send multiple items in one box if possible so that you only receive the one package. Remote area's may incur addition postage charge.
Shipping Insurance
If you receive a damaged parcel, the only way to receive a discount / refund is by having insurance, We automatically apply Insurance to all Items we Ship within Australia, to the Value of $1000.00 and below. Any Items above $1000.00, customers will need to pay for their Insurance to be covered.International Customers will need to pay for Insurance on top of the freight charges we calculate, in order to be covered by Insurance.
We realize this is frustrating however this is the policy of all major postal carriers and we are powerless without the postal insurance.
At Kollecta World we will always make sure all our items are packed in strong durable boxes with Fragile and Top Load only Stickers on boxes. Bubble wrap will also be used when required.
At Kollecta World we aim to ship within 24 hours of a purchase, but on some occasion this cannot be guaranteed.
Average delivery days will be 5 days up to a maximum of 7 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us.
Returns
1. We inspect all items prior to shipping however if you do have a damaged product you may return it at your expense for a replacement. All returns for replacements, must be sent to us within 14 days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must also arrive in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you..If the product you purchased is not available for replacement at the time the return is received. we would offer a full refund of the original product purchase price.
2. If packaging appears to be damaged at time of delivery please do not sign for the goods. Once signed for you are saying that the Items are in good order, this voids the insurance. If the Item appears to be damaged Bring it to the Delivery Persons Attention and notify us and we will take it up with Wiz Me, Do not take delivery of the package.
3. Please be sure of your selection as we will not return/refund an item if you simply change your mind.
4. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping Refunds will only be given if we cannot replace the item.
All items are inspected before shipping.Sealed items are considered to be in mint condition and do not have any return options.
We take every care possible when processing your order.
Kollecta World will not incur the Postage charge of Goods being returned.
If an item has arrived Damaged please email us at info@kollectaworld.com.au and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to begin the process for item return and refund based on our terms and conditions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, plus the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms, conditions and policies if you do not agree with the terms, conditions and policies please do not make an order. Kollecta World reserves the right to refuse service to any person they deem.
Liability Limitation
Limitation of LiabilityKollecta World's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.
You expressly understand and agree that Kollecta World, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.
You acknowledge and agree that Kollecta World holds no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you as a result of providing Your Content to the Website.
Termination of Contract
If you want to terminate the Terms, you may do so by providing Kollecta World with 7 days' notice of your intention to terminate by sending notice of your intention to terminate to Kollecta World via the 'Contact Us' link on our homepage.
Kollecta World may at any time, terminate the Terms with you if: (a) you have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision; (b) Kollecta World is required to do so by law; (c) Kollecta World is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to Members in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service; or (d) the provision of the Services to you by Kollecta World is, in the opinion of Kollecta World, no longer commercially viable.
Subject to local applicable laws, Kollecta World reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your membership at any time and may suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Website or the Services without notice if you breach any provision of the Terms or any applicable law or if your conduct impacts Kollecta World's name or reputation or violates the rights of those of another party.
When the Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and Kollecta World have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of this clause shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply. The conditions, warranties and guarantees set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or otherwise implied by statute or common law will not apply and are excluded from these terms of trade.
We will always endeavor to have complete and accurate information on our website but to the greatest extent permissible by law we assume no responsibility for the completeness and current accuracy of the information provided on our website.
